Asia Pacific’s premier developers and property industry professionals gathered at the Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur for the Asia Pacific Property Awards ceremony. Entries were received from companies in 26 countries across the Asia Pac region, with recognition going to developments in multiple categories. Gravity has been awarded the following:

Our project team attended the CTBUH Awards in Chicago to celebrate the C&D International Tower being a finalist in the awards. The full day event included a symposium and a gala dinner awards ceremony. Roy Liu, who was the lead architect of the C&D project, was one of the key presenters in the symposium and shared the design concepts of the project to the attendees.
Octa Tower by Nan Fung Group has been awarded “Best Office Development Hong Kong” at the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards 2013.
Rising Moon, a 10 meter high hemispherical structure made almost entirely of recycled water bottles was the winning proposal for the open competition for this year’s mid-autumn festival in Victoria Park, Hong Kong. The young team of designers Stanley Siu, Aden Chan, He Yiteng and Eddie Hui, brought to life the hugely popular center-piece of the public festival within three frantic months. Illuminated by LEDs the dome structure is reflected by the surrounding pool creating the impression of a full moon.
The team attended the HKIA Awards Ceremony for 2013 and scooped the prestigious Medal of the Year Award for Projects outside Hong Kong for our Beijiao project in Foshan, China. This makes it our third award already this year!
With a collaborated effort between Gravity Partnership, Rocco Design Architects and Wang Weijen Architecture, our team succeeded as the winner of Chinese University of Hong Kong’s Shenzhen Campus design competition, against fierce competition local and abroad. The winning team will take charge of executing the design, first phrase expected to be completed in 2015.
Gravity Green wins one of the highest HKILA design awards of the year for our Hong Kong project which revitalizes Pak Tsz Lane into a park in Central district retracing the old urban fabric and the veiled Furen Society.
The historical and cultural background of the site formed the center of the design concept and approaches, which retrospects the spirit of revolution.
The landscape of Yi Zhong De Sheng Secondary School is designed and transformed into a huge encyclopedia, allowing students to explore and to interact in this outdoor classroom. This makes it our second HKILA Design Award of the year.
Residential development at Che Kung Temple Station incorporates various greening design to enter the finalist of Green Building Award 2012 under New Building Category.
Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin Hotel, by Nan Fung Group has been awarded “Best New Hotel Construction & Design Hong Kong” at the prestigious Asia Pacific Hotel Awards 2012.
